  3. SED Supports Young Talent Through Work Experience Placement
Work Placement at SED

At SED, we believe that investing in young talent today helps build the skilled, confident workforce of tomorrow.

Last week, we were pleased to welcome Adwaithkrishna to SED for a work experience placement. Throughout his time with us, he was polite, respectful, enthusiastic and willing to learn.

Work experience plays an important role in helping young people understand the workplace, develop confidence and gain valuable insight into different career paths. For many students, it can be one of the first opportunities to experience a real working environment, ask questions, build communication skills and start thinking about their future.

At SED, we are proud to support students through work experience opportunities. As a business, we feel it is important to give young people the chance to see what happens behind the scenes, learn more about different roles, and understand how teamwork, service and responsibility all come together in day-to-day working life.

Supporting placements like this also reflects our wider commitment to social value. We want to play our part in helping young people develop workplace skills, gain confidence and explore future career opportunities.

A big thank you to Adwaithkrishna for spending the week with us, and to Elevate EBP for helping create opportunities that support young people as they take their first steps into the world of work.

Well done, Adwaithkrishna – it was a pleasure to have you with us.
