As we get towards the end of the year, we’ve been taking a step back to look at what’s worked well – and, more importantly, what we can do even better for you next year.
SED has grown quickly over the last few years, but the goal hasn’t changed: to be the local electrical wholesaler you can rely on for the right kit, the right price and the right support, whenever you need us.
Keeping your jobs moving
We know that when you ring or call in, it’s usually because something needs doing now, not next week.
Next year we’ll carry on focusing on fast, reliable deliveries across Merseyside and the wider North West – from rapid, on-site drops to timed deliveries that fit around your day. Our aim is simple: keep your projects on track and cut down the time you spend chasing materials.
We’ll also keep reviewing our stock so the everyday essentials are on the shelf when you need them, backed up by trusted brands for the bigger jobs.
Even more support on design and value
It’s not just about supplying boxes.
In 2026 we’ll continue to build on the free services many of you already use – from lighting design and value engineering through to support with solar projects and renewables. Whether you’re pricing a job, looking to save a client some cost, or trying to get the most out of a new installation, our team will be on hand to help.
Investing in our people
The SED team is at the heart of everything we do – from the trade counter to the warehouse and delivery vans.
We’ll keep investing in training, product knowledge and development for the whole team, so when you ask a question at the counter or over the phone, you get proper, practical advice – not guesswork.
Continuing our social value work
This year we’ve supported a range of local organisations, community groups and projects – and that won’t stop in 2026.
We’ll carry on looking for ways to give something back: whether that’s donations in kind, backing local initiatives, or supporting organisations linked to veterans, young people and our local community.
