Some of the SED team recently swapped the office and warehouse for walking boots and mountain views, taking on Snowdon as part of a Saturday morning team building challenge.
The day started with cloudy conditions on the way up, making the climb even more challenging. But as the team made their way back down, the weather began to clear, giving everyone the chance to enjoy some fantastic views across the mountains.
It was a brilliant opportunity for the team to spend time together outside of the usual working day, support each other through a tough challenge, and enjoy a well-earned sense of achievement at the top.
Team building is an important part of life at SED. We believe that strong teams are built not only through the work we do each day, but also through shared experiences, encouragement and a bit of good old-fashioned determination.
The climb was certainly not without its challenges, especially with the weather on the way up, but everyone pushed through and made the most of the day.
As the clouds lifted, the team were rewarded with some fantastic views and a real sense of achievement after taking on the challenge together.
Of course, no successful mountain climb would be complete without a well-earned bite to eat afterwards.
After a demanding morning on Snowdon, the team finished the day with some food, a chance to relax, and no doubt a few tired legs.
A great effort from everyone involved and a fantastic example of teamwork in action.
Well done to the SED team.
